I recently remodeled my entire first floor and that included my kitchen. I was lucky enough to work with Launa Waldrop through my contractor and it was such an incredible experience! She was so thorough explaining all of my options and contrast/compare each and every faucet, finish and helped with wonderful suggestions for unique hardware for my cabinets as well. She helped me change my order in order to ensure I was able to get the finish I wanted. It was over the top customer service. Her response time is what we all dream of when we have a project of this magnitude. The design center was beautifully done and the number of selections was perfect...not too many to be overwhelming, but everything you could ask for. I could not recommend Ultra Design Center more!
