Great selection and the best service in town. Thank you Travis! We found Ultra through the builder that was remodeling our home. From the beginning, the experience was great. Their new showroom is spectacular. Travis was our contact; he is so knowledgeable and helpful.Our remodeling is finished, but if we need anything, we go straight to Ultra for any hardware or fixture we may need. Travis is a phone call or an email away. Service is fast and efficient; I would definitely recommend them.

Travis at Ultra Design Center was fantastic. We highly recommend contacting him and scheduling an appointment asap. On our first visit, he helped narrow our search of bathroom fixtures to the perfect selections, taking into account style, finish, quality, and cost. He has extensive knowledge of the many product lines. He was responsive and thorough with all of our questions and changes. When we ran into a renovation mistake that was not his doing, he was willing to take the time to help us problem solve a solution that very day. We were very happy with Ultra Design Center but especially Travis!

Timely manner and with great suggestions
We have just re-modeled 3 bathrooms. Travis Bland at Ultra Design Center in Denver helped us pick out the perfect pieces to complete all the bathrooms. After listening to our personal preferences, he showed us a selection of items from sinks and faucets to shower heads and handles to a “soak your whole body” bathtub! We love the new look in our home. Also, we received customer service after the project as we explored other changes we might like in our home. Travis has responded in a timely manner and with great suggestions. We could not be happier. Travis will definitely hear from us for our next project!

This review is long overdue… Blue Ox Artisan Builders has been working with Lukasz Gadek at Ultra Design for close to a decade now. Lukasz has far more technical knowledge than the vast majority of individuals in like positions. He is a wealth of knowledge. He is genuine, he would be personally disappointed if he sold you something that did not meet his high standards for value. We appreciate what he has done for us as a luxury home remodel and builder. I’ve had two large orders placed through Ultra. Travis is a professional! He’s never made a mistake and he’s organized! When he says a product will be in the store by x date , it’s always earlier. He communicated with me in a timely manner. I had one defective part and he overnighted me the replacement part in a nano second from my request for help. Thank you very much ! I love to meet clients at Ultra
I love to meet with clients at Ultra Design Center. It’s a lovely space with fantastic products and sales reps. I always meet them in the lobby to grab a latte or sparkling water before we head up to meet with my salesperson. Jeff Leese is my lighting rep and part of the reason I like to work with him is because I can tell him what style of fixture I have in mind (often using only my hands and gestures) and he finds just what I want. And if what I think I want isn’t the best solution for that location he tells, and we find what will work better. His years of field experience and his understanding of lumens, watts, etc come in handy because I don’t want to remember all of that. And I don’t have to because he does. I have come to trust his knowledge and I view him as a valued parter who makes my life easier.
