Our Consultants are best able to serve your needs with as much information as possible, including:
- Stock items can be available immediately or up to 48 hours.
- Quick Ship items are available from 1-4 weeks.
- Made to order items are available from 4-8 weeks.
Ultra Design Center distributes products. We leave the installation to trade professionals. We have an extensive network of trade partners are happy to provide recommendations when requested.
Yes, we offer delivery anywhere within Denver and beyond at a reasonable cost. For deliveries to the mountains, we rely on either UPS or common carrier, depending on the circumstances.
Materials must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Complete, uninstalled and undamaged, original cartons
Non-returnable material includes:
- Special order or custom items
- Installed products
- Discontinued products
A restocking fee will be applied to all returns. All returned material is subject to inspection before approval.
