My experience with Ultra Design Center was awesome!! Brian was amazingly knowledgable. As soon as I told him the feel of my home, traditional to transitional, he immediately pulled products that fit perfectly. He was so happy to work with my budget and worked tirelessly to find products that are hard to find. He honestly shared about products that maybe I really didn't need and ones that he felt I would be sorry for not incorporating. His guidance proved to be right on and we are so happy with everything we purchased. I was especially impressed with his sense of style, what goes with what, and what doesn't. He was very professional, e-mailed info when he said he would, returned every phone call and followed up to make sure everything arrived.

I recently remodeled my entire first floor and that included my kitchen. I was lucky enough to work with Launa Waldrop through my contractor and it was such an incredible experience! She was so thorough explaining all of my options and contrast/compare each and every faucet, finish and helped with wonderful suggestions for unique hardware for my cabinets as well. She helped me change my order in order to ensure I was able to get the finish I wanted. It was over the top customer service. Her response time is what we all dream of when we have a project of this magnitude. The design center was beautifully done and the number of selections was perfect...not too many to be overwhelming, but everything you could ask for. I could not recommend Ultra Design Center more!
