All I can say is… wow!

All I can say is….wow! We are not in Colorado, but had a client doing a new build in the mountains. The builder basically forced us to work with Travis @ Ultra. To be honest, we were annoyed at first that we could not use our local guy since this a very high end and large project for us. This ended up being the biggest blessing and we are so grateful we got to make this new connection. Travis FOUGHT for us when we were told no and bent over backwards at any conflict to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the outcome. Never made a mistake

I’ve had two large orders placed through Ultra. Travis is a professional! He’s never made a mistake and he’s organized! When he says a product will be in the store by x date , it’s always earlier. He communicated with me in a timely manner. I had one defective part and he overnighted me the replacement part in a nano second from my request for help. Thank you very much !
